Grant was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I was using another AC/Heating company but I now will call Doug’s for any future issues. Very satisfied customer! Thank you Doug’s for the very efficient service.

If I could do a zero star I would. Aubrey himself sold me a maintenance plan last year. A free cleaning and unit check was supposed to come with it. No one from the company called with in the year to come check unit. Doug’s calls to sell me yet another maintenance plan. I said no because no one ever came for last years maintenance. She then scheduled Aubrey to come out and do maintenance. He did absolutely nothing except try to sell another plan. This is the very definition of a SCAM. Do not buy maintenance plan from Aubrey or Doug’s. SCAM

Great customer service, easy to follow along, explained everything, and very knowledgeable. Edit: Second experience was not the greatest. First plumber didn’t install the new flange correctly and temporary fixed our pressurized toilet flush (we fixed later ourselves); the people are very nice and understanding. Also had some trouble finding my account from first job. (Photos of second job) Sadly will probably not hire again.

He was very thorough, and explained everything in detail!! We were pleased with services provided!! We need more technicians like Aubrey in every field!!
