Anytime you build a house you expect to have a couple issues. The issues we have had were minor. And I couldn’t be more impressed with how they fixed them. They have been kind, patient, and prompt throughout the whole process. They answered as soon as possible when I have needed them. It has been such a wonderful experience! I would give them more stars if I could!

-A professional negative review from a customer..... Dove built our home. We went under contract prior to the home being built. And closed December 31,2020. The tile job in the master bathroom is awful. Missing grout even after someone came back out. And many tiles are uneven and/or unlevel. We have been in the home for 9 months now and the punch out is still not finished! (I take responsibility for one month for taking that long to send a 3rd revised version of the punch out list after first 2 guys came to work on a few things.) The light in the guest bath shower has never worked. The closet door in the nursery is still broken and the drawers in the kitchen were over tightened and cracked the wood.
