Dover Landscaping

Used Michael Dover to do a hardscape near our pond to address a drainage issue where our beach was washing out. He completely blew off our suggestions on the drainage and said what he had planned would be sufficient then started in mid December against our objections but promised to fix the ruts and grass. Here we are late summer, the hydroseeding he did during 20 degree weather never germinated so the yards a mess, our beach rips out everytime we have a moderate rain and the attention to detail was terrible with mortar smeared all over cap block, areas with no mortar, etc.
