I worked with Jaime Fitzwater, Designer, who took her time to work with my wife and I in getting a vanity top selected. She first met with me as a walk-in client and then again in a couple of days that fit into our schedule. Communication with the selection, measuring, arrival of product, and completed installment was great. If you need help in the selection process, I fully recommend Dovetail Design and Cabinetry.

We ended up with a beautiful kitchen, but the process was far from smooth. The project ran over three months behind schedule due to a Tedd Wood cabinet being ordered incorrectly—an error on Dovetail’s part. Additionally, four cabinets had to be reordered due to defects in the painted finish and crush marks, despite being installed. After installation was completed, we also discovered a manufacturing defect in the cabinet above the fridge—its pre-drilled holes for the shelf pins did not align properly. While we ultimately accepted this, had I noticed it sooner, I would have insisted on a replacement, especially given that the cabinet package was just under $60K.
