We called to schedule an appointment and spoke with the owner, Peter. He set up a same day appointment for us. His service technician, Juan, arrived promptly at 2:00 p.m. and was finished by 2:30 p.m. His work was swift and superior. My husband and I both gave him a double WOW ! Our carpets look like brand new, and they are not soaking wet and waterlogged as in previous services we've used. We would rate this service with 10 stars if we could, and would certainly recommend this company to our family and friends. Personal thanks to Juan for an incredible job well done.
