Downey Refrigeration

We had scheduled Downey to come out and service one of the ice machine at our restaurant on a Monday. Didn’t hear anything until Wednesday. When I finally do get the call, the driver/tech asks me where to park and I tell him the underground lot. Very rudely, he says they have a big truck and it won’t fit. I told him it would be fine, we get all of our deliveries down there and they come with big trucks. So then he says that they’d have to use the loading dock, again very rudely. At this point, he is making very clear that he doesn’t want to do the job, as he keeps saying he doesn’t have time for this. Then he asks me if I called security to tell them that the service company would be coming. Now, like I mentioned earlier, they were supposed to be there 2 days earlier. How am I supposed to

Amazing customer service at Downey Refrigeration. I called and they were amazing over the phone. They fixed my walk-in refrigerator and ice machine at my restaurant. I am very happy with how fast they were able to figure out the problem and explain to me what was wrong with it and what they fixed.

To the owner : When you make an appointment, you keep it. When I tell you our business hours are 9:30am-7:30pm, you don't show up at 6:30am and tell me you have to move it to another day because no one was there. 2 days you claimed to show up before 7:30am when you clearly know no one will be there, with no courtesy to let me know that you even tried to be there. Clearly, you don't want the business and clearly, you don't deserve it either.

Had an old machine that needed to be completely cleaned and revived; they managed to get it going again making ice. The two techs that showed up were polite and clean.

So I called for my ac unit for my home and they were very professional and on time. I recommend this fool’s!
