Downing Well Drilling

You need to pay attention with billing in on this company. I had them come out on what ended up being a very quick and simple leak. The plumber was polite and quick. In and out of my house in 20 minutes. I was shocked when my billed labor hours were 1.5. At $225.00 per hour, this extra time is costly and not honest. I've reached out to the company 5 times to discuss why this happened but they have refused to call back and keep increasing the amount owed and adding late fees. BEWARE** NOT HONEST BILLING

Couldn't be happier with Downing Well Drilling. They arrived within 2 hours from our calling them. Kevin and Lou were great. They had our well working within an hour and were very polite. I will recommend whenever I can.

We were totally impressed with Downing Well Drilling! They were at our house within 1 hour of calling. They diagnosed the problem, had the necessary parts and equipment and repaired our well. They were polite, knowledgeable, efficient. We highly recommend them.

ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING! We are just your average family... bought a fixer-upper home in 2023 (our first home, I might add) and have been on a learning curve ever since. This week, we ran into a problem we absolutely could NOT figure out. We could not get our water to work.
