We have worked with ESI for the past two years and have always been very pleased with their services. Our old ground-source Geothermal unit was nearing the end of its life. We were pleased with ESI service on the old unit and very happy with the new one. We have turned to them a couple times for problems as well as annual checkups. The technicians have been invariably friendly, helpful and considerate as well as quite competent. Even with the rather large job of removing our old geo and replacing it with the new one, they left the basement cleaner than they found it. They were quite patient and knowledgeable while showing us how to configure and integrating our existing smart thermostat into the new system. ESI takes care of our home and business. When we bought our new home and needed a new furnace, there was never a question of who to call. Nick came to the new home, and clearly and patiently explained all of our options. Installation was timely and we were kept informed of progress. All of their service people have been wonderfully polite. They have also been very patient with my many questions.

Excellent experience throughout the entire process. Aaron and Sean did a great job diagnosing the issue I was experiencing with my water heater for radiant floor heat. Terry and Tristin were equally as great with the installation of a new unit.

We have used ESI for years. They are knowledgeable, professional, and so polite. Most recently I was impressed with the top quality service of Sean and Aaron Rutka, the technicians who did a thorough analysis and explained everything for our two separate systems. I can’t recommend them enough. 😊
