Downtown Palm Springs Parking

I have an office in the building above the underground parking and so it is nice and convenient. Tend to work late and like any empty garage at night, it’s creepy but have never had any trouble. 3 years, no vandalism or attempted break in. It would provide peace of mind if some emergency help alarm boxes were strategically installed. The reason for the 3 stars is because the upkeep has declined considerably. They used to keep it very clean, as garages go, ran a sweeper frequently Now there’s debris piles, spilled food, or gosh knows what, just left to rot. Beware parking under the water line to sprinkler system. I think that is the source, but several times something drips on my car leaving white streaks that requires rubbing compound to remove.

This public garage is FREE. It is easily accessible and the location is perfect. It is clean. It has charging stations. It is next to a shaded park with a waterfall. Great place to wait while the rest of your group does whatever.

I like parking here you can be directly in front if where you need to go. But certain days might have you circling the block for a spot!

Compared to LA or San Diego.. daytime and on a Friday night…finding parking was such an easy task. Easy as 123.

Be aware that this is a free public parking, got my passenger side window broken. Don't leave any valued items on sight. Be careful, there are always homeless people wandering.
