KC's 23 1/2 Hour Plumbing & Air Conditioning

These guys were great. My hot water heater would no longer ignite. We decided on a new one, and while I was at it I had them install a water conditioner and a smart valve for emergency shutoff (things that were on our long term list). They were able to install it all the next day. The installation is clean and there was lots of great communication. One thing I appreciated was the price they quoted for each part included labor and other miscellaneous things like hardware and copper piping. It wasn't cheap, but plumbing never is and I feel like I got a quality job that was worth it.

From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and a true delight to work with. He handled everything — removing the old shower panel, assembling the new unit, and installing it perfectly — all with care and precision. One thing I really appreciated was that he brought his own shoe covers… so he wouldn’t track any dirt into the house. He was very considerate. I also loved that he took our old unit away and disposed of it at his site at no extra charge. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the whole process so much easier for us. His price was more than fair for the amount of work involved ($450 total), and the results speak for themselves

Giancarlo was terrific! Very personable, efficient, clean and thorough. He installed my disposal, changed all the pipes underneath the sink. Checked the faucet and dishwasher. Awesome! After our relatively new tankless water heater needed a new fan and after input from our HVAC people, whole house surge protection was looking more and more like a good idea. Casey who was out for the fan repair offered to send their expert out for a bid. Within a day the bid was scheduled and within a few days Brandon was out and gave me a bid I knew to be reasonable. To make life even better, Brandon had grabbed a part that he thought might work and brought it with him. Turns out the part was right and Brandon offered to finish the job immediately. With my surge protection installed, it felt like my lucky day for a change! 23 1/2 provides biannual maintenance for us as well. Always on time, efficient, professional and service with a smile!
