We found Rug and Loom one day by accident shopping for something else and we're very glad we went in to browse around. First thing I noticed was the no pressure environment. When asked if we needed help, we responded, "just browsing" and was told if we needed anything or had any questions to ask and that was that. Then, we found a couple rugs we liked but were unsure based on the price of them, so we called over our salesman, Eric, who explained the quality and durability and the services Rug and Loom offered such as trying out the rug in the space before purchase and yearly cleaning option where they come, pick it up, clean it, and return to you for a very reasonable fee. Given the try before you buy option, we took Eric up on it and had Rug and Loom bring out 3 rugs for us to try. Th
