Downtown Parking Lot

Sooo… upon getting here, no signs of what the rate was , so I went in blindly. Easy to park and get out of building, coming back it was difficult to find my car even though I parked near the elevator. I had jury duty so I got here at 7:30 and left at 12:30 . I sadly ended up paying $33 for those 4 hours . If you have Jury duty your better off parking at the Horton Plaza , they have an early bird special of $10 if park before 9am. Just take into consideration your walk to the court house.

This parking was awesome. We are extremely weary when it comes to parking in downtown, as we had a car broken into a few years back (in valet parking too). This underground parking was super secure and only cost us $10 for several hours. As showgo-ers at the Balboa Theatre, it was only about a 5 min walk. Security was kind and the building you walk in and out of was secure, as we had to be buzzed in and out.

This was perfect for me ! I drive a stock hight f150 and had no clearance issues.

Coming in sign said $10 daily fixed rate, was there only for 2 hours but coming out I got charged $21

Best prices even on weekends you have to walk a bit but it’s worth it
