Jim just completed an amazing restoration in our log cabin. After 50 years, we knew we had some wall damage and some critters and Jim faced our challenges head on. He devised a plan to preserve as much of the original pine walls as possible and integrated the new pieces beautifully. He identified the root of the problem - leaks at the chimney - and he had it sealed and patched fast. We then made a surprise discovery - our old log beam mantle had rotted through. We had no idea how we would find a piece of wood that would match the cabin and Jim worked magic. In two hours he found a gorgeous salvage mantle replacement - amazing. I can’t recommend them more highly thoughtful, hard working and collaborative. He solved all of our problems and we plan to work with him as our go to crew from now

Took several trees down on my property. Employees were on time and courteous. Reason for 2 star rating is a tree was dropped onto my garage causing extensive damage. ( 2 broken rafters, broken plank sheathing.) Instead of letting me know what had happened, they left it for me to discover a few days later. When notified of the issue, I was offered an insultingly low cash offer for repairs ($100.) Will not use this service again

Fantastic service. I have hired Jim to do tree trimming/removal, plowing/sanding, and even had my culvert extended and driveway graded. Jim has always done a great job and I shall continue to call him for any need that arises.
