My home septic system went completely bell up so I called Davis Plumbing. I spoke with Caleb and conveyed my situation. He sent his technician Tim out to assess the situation. I received a price quote for the work to be done the very next day. Work began the following week as scheduled. Tim was very professional and did an amazing job of getting the septic system in the ground and back on line in just a few days. Everything was left looking clean and orderly. Highly recommend Davis Plumbing in Forsyth Ga.

No service at all. Called to request septic pump-out, was told I'd get a call to be scheduled. Almost two weeks later, I call again, same response (none). Another almost two weeks later I call a third time. Finally I was told they would come out the next day at 1pm. Two hours before the scheduled arrival and after I'd already arranged to be off work to meet them, I get a call - nope - going to be 8am the next day. Changed leave arrangement and at 9am no one had called or shown up so I canceled the service request. Five minutes later I get a call that they are on their way. I told them not to bother, I'd be calling someone else. They should owe me a few stars for being patient a lot longer than I should have been. Ben and Dominic came to literally save the day. I had already decided to use them to reconnect a gas line so that I could have a new stove installed and the night before the appointment for that my water heater failed in a massive way. I called them first thing that morning and said “ Well, remember that water heater project I talked to you guys about? you might as well bring one with you” I was switching from a conventional water heater to tankless and moving it outside so it was quite the job - let alone I still needed my stove reconnected. They got started that day and by the time they packed up that night, not only did I have a gas stove, but I had endless hot water. I’ve used Davis Plumbing on three occasions and have had a positive experience each time. Charles is pleasant to deal with and the service guys are awesome. Shout out to Jimmy, Richard, and Drew for going above and beyond.

Great company. Office and crew very professional, communicated effectively. Did exactly as they said , no surprises. Very pleased. Will use again both for our church and personal. Give them a call you won’t regret it. Quality work. Love that they give back to the community too.
