Their customer service is great!! However, I would not recommend this company at all. I am looking for a new crew as I work overseas often. I am relocating and decided to give them a chance. Found via Thumbtack which showed phenomenal reviews!! My luck…the home was cleaned about 2 months ago from the landlord. I just wanted a deep clean. People viewing the home can accumulate dust, dirt etc over time. I assume because the home appears as “clean”, nothing was really done. I have soooo many pictures but I will post a few. The window seals is the only thing I can see as clean. Carpet was not vacuumed, visible things on the floor weren’t even picked up. There is a freaking fly just laying on the sink. Visible dirt in the tub and sink. They do tell you to be present to do a walk through which

*Will respond to a review but not a text* The pictures speak for themselves. Even after a re-clean, the quality of work was absolutely horrible. If you have a home that needs cleaning, don’t trust them to get the job done. Also, each part of the cleaning is extra. Got stairs in your home: that’s extra. Got a long hallway: that’s extra. Got windows: that’s extra. I got fooled by inflated google reviews, so here is an honest one. Their customer service is no better: they won’t respond to concerns. Save your money and spend it somewhere else.

I had a cleaner come to my home, Sarah. Came in and did walkin, I signed on her phone. Then she left saying she had to get cleaning products. Wonder where she thought she was coming. Anyway came back without vacuum. saying she left vacuum at another clients home. She inquired as to whether the guy had come to pull washer and dryer out. I responded yes. Somehow she wondered off from laundry room never to return. She was in kitchen shining refrigerator... a new fridge and it looked beautiful. I stripped the linens off my bed myself and placed in washer. Before they could finish washing and drying. She stated that she was finishing up. I informed her that would have to stay to help me make the bed. She explained to me that she was given only half money that I paid, I guess justifying her lac

Riley was amazing!! She went above and beyond. Bryan and Brittany were super helpful to get things scheduled and were very clear and transparent about pricing. Highly recommend!
