Awesome people. Called and they were there the next day to give me an honest quote. 3 days later my new heat pump was installed and I wasn't freezing. I would recommend them to anyone. Can't say enough about how nice, carrying, and professional they are.

Have purchased both heat pump/furnace and tankless water heater from these people in the last 5-6 years. They were very responsive until about 2 months ago when they suddenly didn’t show for a scheduled maintenance - no call, no show and won’t answer phone calls. Just moving on to another provider and you may want to consider not even calling them in the first place. We now use Mercurio and they actually show up!

I recently had a heat pump installed in my house and I can not say enough about how pleased I am with the entire process and results. The team that handle the installation was absolutely outstanding and the heat pump itself has transformed the comfort and energy efficiency of my home. If I could give more than five stars I would. I can remember the guys name who came out but he was very friendly, low pressure and they came in much lower on the bid than the other company who quoted me. We chose to do business with This local, family owned company for 2 reasons: #1 - We are a return customer, having had Dr. Cool install a new HVAC system 5 years ago #2 - Out of 4 estimates for a new water heater in our manufactured home, Dr. Cool was the most reasonable. Mark Clanton came to our home, spent considerable time and patience with us in presenting the cost estimate.
