Dr. Fix-It Appliance Repair Co.

During a service visit to repair my washing machine, Dr. Fix It damaged my floor. The damages were caused by twisting and turning the machine. As a result, the floor was torn and severely damaged. Before leaving, I discussed and showed the floor damages to the technician. He denied causing the damages. I surmised there was no need to argue with the technician. Directly after the technician's departure, I called the office to file a complaint. After calling for 2 weeks and leaving several messages, my call was finally returned. I spoke with the owner. Unbeknownst to me and to my surprise, I learned that the technician who caused the damage is also the owner - Dr. Fix It - himself. Travis showed up on time, had part, fixed same day! Very friendly, helped us evaluate cost of repair vs purchasing new. We ended up letting him fix our dishwasher and we are all “clean!” Thanks Travis for taking care of our dishwasher! He even gave our puppies some loving 🥰 🐾🐾

Warranty work - still not fixed but Mr Fix it Appliance claims they fixed the oven and submitted the ticket to Whirlpool for reimbursement. Seeking an alternative repair and compensation for the lack of attention to detail, follow-up, and failure to fix a simple problem. Would not recommend Mr Fix It.

With my three experiences with Travis in my home recently, He was very discourteous, abrupt and very dismissive. Never has a repairman made me feel that uncomfortable in my own home. Please read the reviews and believe every word. Do not allow whirlpool to assign this company to service your appliance's. He is the owner. Shame on whirlpool for not reading all the negative reviews about this mans conduct that go back for years and for not discontinuing to utilize his services. NOT A GOOD LOOK WHIRLPOOL !

Never Returned a phone calls 🥵It’s so important to return calls . Gave the person a text and a phone call and never heard from him so I went somewhere else. Need better systems Travis or you won’t be in business long term. I guess they’re a reason for your 3.0 google rating
