From start to finish these guys did a great job. They were easy to communicate with and offered very reasonable rates. We shopped around for different quotes when our furnace went out and we were not only please with the price, but also the most pleased with the professionalism and friendly attitude of the guys at Dr. P’s. Justin, Trent, and Kyle all did a great job and even the receptionist over the phone was very sweet. I’ll definitely recommend Dr P’s to friends!

I am thankful for One Choice. I was out of heat for a week. Megan connected me with the HVAC team and they worked me in early due to my circumstance. Eddie and Jordan installed my new furnace last Tuesday. Eddie was polite and helpful in answering questions and Jordan was polite and very knowledgeable. Fast forward to today my heat went out this morning and I called again. Bailey was dispatched to me and just like that my home is getting warm. I want this team to know I have so much gratitude for their patience, kindness, sense of urgency, and dedication to their customers. Thank you so very much and I'm very thankful.

Oh my goodness, I can’t begin to even articulate how wonderful Dr. P’s has been. In the throes of freezing winter temps, we discovered our 20 year old furnace was leaking carbon monoxide. We received a quote from another company and the conversation ended in tears. Dr. P’s was our second quote and I couldn’t believe that they were selling the EXACT same product for thousands less (we never disclosed that we had another quote until now). We were even able to upgrade to a better model because of the fair pricing. We mostly worked with Justin P, who always led with transparency, safety, and no gimmicky sales pitch. You don’t get more authentic than Justin. He stepped outside of his typical day to day role to jump in and shared that everyone at Dr. P’s is flexible between roles to accommodate

Justin was on point for the estimate. He arrived on time, was thorough with repairs needed, and did not try to upsell me into a new system. The service team that performed the work, Kyle, and I forgot the other gentleman's name, were also great to work with. On time, and went above and beyond to fix all the issues. Very good experience with this company and will be using them again.
