Still waiting to hear back from Chris. His crew did some work on my house in May. I was very pleased with the work they did. It was a tough job. There were some things they didn't finish. They were suppose to come back when they could. I stayed in contact with Chris through July. I haven't heard from him since then. He hasn't responded to any text or voice-mails from his cell phone. I left a message for him with his company phone and still nothing. Now the caulk around the James Hardie board is shrinking and allowing rain to get behind the Hardie board. On the porch, the water is rain is seeping down to sill plate.

We had Randy Z for a freezer problem. He was the best. Accessibility for the problem was difficult but he has a wonderful attitude and completed the job assuring us he could help. I have always used Mr. Appliance for other appliances and always was pleased with their professional and personable service. Randy was the best! Thank you, Randy.
