Jerl Poppins came by and did a quality control check. I had an electrical issue that he checked out. He fixed the issue for me. Since i had work done by Dr. Watts, I will not go anywhere else for any electrical or HBAC issues. I just LOVE DR. WATTS.

I called to get 1 breaker fixed in my panel. Instead of doing that or seeing what they need to do that, they inspected my whole house/electrical system (uninvited/unasked), wrote me up quotes for "suggested repairs" and then had the audacity to tell me it would be $467 to fix one breaker, but that they didn't want to do that - they wanted me to spend thousands of dollars to make "all the necessary repairs" to the electrical system, when there was only 1 breaker that needed fixing. I just bought my house two years ago and the panel, while not being perfect, is still darn near perfect considering the age of the home and the fact that the electrical panel was just rewired before I moved in in 2023. Wow, I called them to see how much they will charge me to replace a light socket , they told me that they can't come out to my house unless I own the land . What does owning the land got to do with replacing a light socket? I'm Speechless .

If i could rate them with a -200 i would. I was quoted $16000 replace fuse panels And outlets. I did not CALL For that service i CALL For GFI And a couple of outlets that was inop. He quoted me $727.00 to replace 1 GFI AND 4 Outlets. I ask him why was it so expensive he said that Lowe’s Outlets were builders grade and they use better equipment. So I went to Lowe’s and purchased 1 GFI for $19.00 and installed it and everything worked just fine. Stay away from this company big rip off if you don’t know any better.
