Set up a Sewer Lateral Inspection. From the time of setting up appointment, Andrew gave Outstanding Service. Immediately after setting up my appointment, I received an email confirmation. Techs that came out Jessie and Carlos provided Outstanding service. They called me to provide arrival ETA, introduced themselves upon arrival and explain scope of work. Results were than shared with me while watching video. The work was followed up by a call from Andrew checking in on service, WOW!!! This has never happened and definitely recommend Drain Charmer. Last week we had a new dishwasher put in from Home Depot. There still was a problem and the guy from Home Depot told me he’s not a plumber so he could not fix it so I was calling around some random plumbers. Came across Andrew. Very nice.
