Drain Doctor

Called on Friday for a leaky bath faucet. Came out following Monday at 9am to complete the job. John communicated the repairs accurately and worked to repair my problem rather than suggesting an expensive retrofit. Great honest work.

Drain Doctor (Tyler I believe) was so considerate! When we called him yesterday morning he was able to squeeze us in same day and get our issues resolved. Kind man with incredible knowledge and service! Affordable pricing as well

The first time I contacted Tyler he was very courteous and prompt on coming out to fix my clogged drain. He had to come back two other times as the drain he worked on kept clogging. I called multiple times thereafter. Each time he acted like he had no idea who he was talking to. He advised every time that he would try to work us in or check his schedule with no return phone call. The last time I spoke with him was two weeks ago when he told me he would try to "get to it today". Tyler is a nice person and is the least expensive person around, but its at a cost.

Tyler is great. Recently a shower faucet jammed in the on position and of course at 8pm. After a few calls I found a plumber who answered, but who was tied up. He suggested Drain Doctor. Well, I called and Tyler answered and out here within an hour. He was able to do a temporary repair so we could turn the water back on, but as with all older houses he had to special order the parts. Once the parts came in Tyler came back the same day he got the parts and took the time to really do the repair correctly. He also took the time to answer some other questions I had. He definitely knows what he is doing. I would recommend him for both 24/7 emergency service (i.e. clogged drains are generally not emergencies!!!) as well as for your regular plumbing needs.
