Dwayne answered my frantic phone call at 11:00pm. Drain backed up in my 1st floor condo laundry room. Awful! He & his son were on a job downtown in Chicago. They arrived at 11:40pm & worked til about 1:30am to fix the problem. It was a pretty complicated task but they fixed the problem. Dwayne apologized about the midnight fee he had to charge me but in the end the cost was well below what other outfits would have charged. Thank you so much for your help!
