Sundberg America - Appliance and HVAC Parts

We have been using Sunberg for over 20 years and always received great service from the counter guy Marty. You can go there and actually speak to someone face to face. Marty will help you to get the part you may need. As for the negative comments all I can say is spend a day there watching what the staff encounters and you would have a different option.

The worst customer service i have ever had. Marty needs to repent for his self-righteous attitude. Super rude. Never ever going there

The guys at Sundberg america in Oak Forest do a great job at the counter, always make sure that they can get me the right parts.. if the part has to be order. , and I need it they place the order and call me right away when my parts arrive It's so sad to see that some crybaby customers write dumb reviews. * The guys at the counter always tell you, that there is NO RETURN, ON ELECTRICAL PARTS. *The guys at the counter sell parts and they are NOT service technicians or offer assistance or advise on how to do the job , or troubleshooting . Marty is discourteous and condescending. When I went in person, no one greeted me. Marty walked by and after he finished his task, came back. There was no welcoming exchange. (The other employee on the computer never acknowledged me either.) Someone could have said, 'Be right with you'. That would have at least let me know my presence and business were welcomed. I provided the model number and explained what I needed. The Sundberg price was higher than what I found online. He stated that there is no way to guarantee that you are getting a Frigidaire part. Hmmm...? How would he know? It was an authorized dealer that I checked, which he didnt care to know because he continously cut me off before I could finish a sentence or question. On what might be the coldest day of the year. My good friend called me up first thing in the morning with news of his furnace not working properly. So we go into the store asking for a replacement flame sensor, and both guys say yes they have it. But then they rung it up and said it costs 130$ but they would knock it down to 110$... A 3$ part... Gee Golly guys thanks for looking out for someone in tough spot. There are definitely no good people at this location... Just guys looking to make easy money off people struggling...
