The Drain Man sucks. Justin is unreliable and dishonest. He failed to respond to over 2 dozen calls after taking pre-payment for work. I had no choice but to get the credit card company to reverse the charge. Justin then asked a friend of a friend to convince me to pay him despite his no-show, no-response. The nerve! If you want to drain your wallet and faith in humanity, call The Drain Man. If not, use Guillen Heating, Cooling and Plumbing, they are awesome!
