My mother's septic junction box had corroded wires. This company tried to tell her that the box caught fire and EVERYTHING needed to be replaced and it would cost 1400$. After contacting another company the issues was found to be wire corrosion and they fixed it for under 250$. The fact that this company didn't do any tests and just looked at the box and said everything needed to be replaced is ridiculous. They tested none of the components and tried to way over charge my mother for a simple fix. I am very disappointed in companies that take advantage of these situations.

Couldn't get anyone in my area to do an emergency evening service. Drain Masters drove 70 miles and out of their service area to come sevice me septic and we're professional and curtious. Great service!
