We had another great experience with Drain Tech Company. Eli has been to our home before, and once again he exceeded expectations. We were having an issue with our main drain line in the basement leading out to our septic tank. Eli immediately diagnosed the problem and knew exactly what needed to be done. He was friendly, highly knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of the process. He offered clear guidance on the best solution, which we approved, and then completed the job efficiently and professionally. We had a slow, clogged garage sink, and also needed our sewer line checked. I called Drain Tech yesterday, and was able to get this scheduled first thing this morning! John came out right on time. He was polite, thorough, and did a great job! He explained all the details to make sure we understood what he'd be doing, and recommended some optional future services. Drain Tech was amazing! It was very easy to get scheduled and they were able to get us in the very next day. Eli was great! He was very thorough and explained what he was doing well, and left our home cleaner than he had found it which was surprising and super helpful! Will 100% be calling them again and requesting Eli if we ever need it!
