Im the General Manager of Quality Inn in Cheyenne wy, i had a broken pipe in my pool room. Drains r us showed up fast and got the job done. Very dependable and I would highly recommend them to everyone i know

Where do I begin! Nothing of his services were good. All I can say is please don’t use his services. We found out that he was not licensed to do work here in Cheyenne and had to have another licensed plumber come and finish the install of our hot water heater! Very undependable, disappointing and stressful!!

I'm giving 5 stars even though nothing was done lol. My main sewage was backed up and every plumbing company said they would schedule me for Monday when this occurred on a Saturday and I just got off work and needed to do the deed and shower. Drains are us answered with I'll be there which was excellent. Although my sewage line cleared itself so i never got to meet this great sir. Will be using them in the future if needed. Highly recommend.

Brad is great guy who will set you right. He went out of his way to come help me when my main sewer pipe backed up at 1AM. He found my problem, got it fixed and was very reasonably priced. I will definitely be doing business with Drains Are Us from here on out.

Drains Are Us saved us when our pipes backed up over the weekend. I trusted them as a referral from my workplace and a trusted coworker. They worked odd hours late into the evening to try and restore our plumbing as fast as possible when any other business would have made us wait until Monday. They are clearly competent and have a variety of top-notch equipment options to get the job done in a variety of effective ways. The owner Brad personally worked on our house, along with another female crew member who was also super kind and helpful. They were extremely fair in pricing. They aren't focused on fancy vehicles and marketing and seem to pour their energy into the job instead which matters the most. Absolutely would recommend.
