We had an emergency where we were left high and dry with three pallets of sod that was going to die and called several different services only to be turned away. I was greated with a courteous response and warm friendly service by Drake's. They came out after their next appointment and helped the very same day even though they had a busy schedule. They are genuine caring people. If you need a service with honest diligent and reasonably priced work this is your last stop!

I gave this company a good review initially but I regrettably have to eat my words. The workers first day did a good job trimming my bushes. But after paying by Venmo 850.00 (my fault) for work that wasn’t completed Drake has refused to finish the Job, refund me, or even respond to my calls. I noticed other reviews have complained about the same. Please learn from our mistakes and don’t trust our use this company. Also, check with Better Business Bureau, Drakes has a C rating with another complaint and this company is no longer accredited with BBB.

A complete disaster. Paid $70,000 for a much needed landscape renovation at a second home in Garden City. The work started out fine with the demolition and irrigation work. Then Jason started asking for money to complete the job. I freely wrote checks in the beginning but after paying nearly $70,000, the work came to a screeching halt. My yard sat with topsoil on it for over a month and drained and caused damage to my neighbors yard, the fence I paid to have installed sat unfinished for well over a month. I asked Jason to put up sandbags to keep the water run off out of my neighbors yard. He did a half job and the damage continued.
