Marcus was awesome! Very professional, courteous, and was able to get my air duct issue straightened out quickly and for an outstanding price. I really appreciate that Dran's was able to send him over on short notice. Overall, I'm extremely happy with the service provided and grateful for Marcus and Dran's Heating and Air. When you call Dran's they say, "Thank you for calling Dran's. How can we make you smile." Well, I'm definitely smiling from the quality and cost of the service that I received. Super fast service, and got our heat working again quickly at our business. Very friendly tech, took pictures of what he did, and communicated with us well. The woman who took our initial call was also very friendly and made the scheduling process super smooth and simple. We’ll be calling Dran’s any time we need work done from here on out. - Update They have been back to our location twice since the initial service call, and if I could give these guys MORE than 5 stars I would. Trust no one else with your HVAC system, these guys are the bee's knees.

From the initial contact with Dran's and the scheduling of the appointment with Kobe to discuss different HVAC options to the actual installation of the equipment I was extremely impressed with Dran's level of customer service. Kobe was easy to contact and responded quickly to answer any questions I had about the proposal. The team of John, Jay, Trevis, and Marcus were professional and did an excellent job. In particular my furnace was located in the attic and they removed the old one and install the new one and were very efficient. I had expected this to be an all day job lasting into the evening. The young man from Dran’s took the time to patiently explain all about my gas heating system and about my gas fireplace. He also placed a new carbon monoxide monitor for me. He was able to get everything running as it should be. Dran’s was able to come out on the same day. I called for service. I truly appreciate his help! And I highly recommend this company!
