An excellent experience all around. Tim Draper is very knowledgeable and helped me select the perfect tile and grout for my master bathroom and powder room. Thanks for letting me take samples home (more than once) to see what worked with my lighting! Juan and Raul did a wonderful job with the tile installation. It looks so good and I'm really pleased with their workmanship. They took great care of my home, which is always appreciated. I've used the big box stores in the past with decent results, but Draper Floors is on a different level. Tim and Josue made certain no question or concern was left unanswered. I first communicated with Josué in the office. Tim came to do measurements at my house and explained the whole process. Luis and his installers team kept us updated during the entire process. Everyone did an amazing job, and I'm very happy with the final outcome. Great and friendly communication from all. I was honestly dreading this flooring project for years now. We moved to this house 16 years ago and the replacing of carpet was long overdue The flooring guys got it all done in 2 days (3 days was the estimate). I have new flooring and baseboards in all 4 bedrooms, 3 closets, and stairs. The stairs were so bad before and now they're beautiful! Feels like a new home❤️

Draper Floors provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Tim treated us like family—I could reach him anytime I had a question, and he was always quick to respond and incredibly patient while we chose our flooring. His employee, Josue, was kind, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. The installer, Juan, was fast, efficient, and left everything spotless. His attention to detail was spot on. Amazing experience. We’ve wanted to get the floors in our entire house redone for years, and loose tile and old carpet finally forced our hand. We looked up some places to go in and “browse”, and Draper Floors was right down the street from us. They let us take home some of their showroom pieces to confirm we picked out what we wanted, and then Tim came out and measured and made some recommendations. There was no pressure to buy, just great recommendations and straight shooting as to what we should expect. Once we got our quote we worked out install dates with Tim and he told us exactly what we needed to do to get ready. Imagine moving, except you don’t have a moving truck to put it all in. Had a great experience with Draper Floors. I had to replace most of the flooring in my home and Draper was recommended by a friend. Josue helped me choose just the right LVP for my taste and needs. Tim, the owner, measured my home and gave me great advice as I prepared for the installation. Installation team did a great job and completed the job in just 3 days. i couldn't have been happier.
