Dream Builders of VA

Dream Builders built my father’s deck several years ago and recently redid his railings as well as added vinyl lattice to his. I contacted them and they were promptly out to give me a quote to add a covered and screened in deck to my home. Nick was very detail oriented to ensure he understood exactly what I was looking for. Nick gave me several options as well as explanations on how the build would be accomplished based off of the design I wanted to go with. The work was completed within a reasonable amount of time around Thanksgiving and Christmas. The quality of work is amazing. Everything we asked for and more. Donna was also amazing to work with and was very quick to respond to any questions I had during the process.

A neighbor referred me to Dream Builders and I called for an estimate. Nick came out and measured the existing deck and incorporated the changes that I wanted to the stairs. He drew up a plan and got back with the estimate later that day. After reaching an agreement the project started moving quickly. Rico came by and measured everything again and we picked the material colors. The next week the materials arrived and the crew demolished the old deck, renovated the existing frame, built the new stairs, replaced the deck boards, railings, and posts. The new deck looks great and I’m looking forward to using it when the weather warms up.

Dream Builders built a brand new fully composite deck for us. The owner, Nick, came out to provide an estimate and from there we knew which contractor to pick. He wasn’t pushy at all and explained the process in a way that was easy to understand. Pricing was better than what we were expecting. When the work began the contractors worked quickly in very hot and even wet conditions. They did a beautiful job constructing the deck and the end product turned out to be exactly what we wanted. We noticed a minor flaw with one of the rail caps. I called them, sent a few pics and the very next morning someone came out to fit the cap properly! From the initial meeting with Dream Builders, to handing in our final check, we could not have been more pleased with the service we received!! Kyler Bailey was absolutely fantastic. He listened to everything we wanted in our room and made our vision a reality. The companies they contracted certain parts of the job out to were also fantastic. I truly felt like we were in great hands from start to finish. The Dream Builders team met or exceeded all of our expectations. Incredibly friendly and always accessible to answer questions from the home office to the project manager. The workers showed up early and worked late. Long days but quality work performed. Highly recommend the Dream Builders team!
