It took over 5 years to complete our house. If you want to call it complete. 3 years later we just won our 2nd arbitration and we’re just recently told by the inspector that he feels there is structural damage and that’s why our floors are lifting, doors are not properly opening and possible roof problems. As a previous review stated, they ghost you, lie about products being ordered and at the office. The owner Vince Simonelli is very unprofessional . Please stay away from this sham of a builder. 8 years and I now need a lawyer! And the services I listed are the horrible workmanship they did and that is FAR FROM ALL😡

Absolutely horrible contractors. My 9 month build took almost 3 years to complete Intermittent ghosting followed by constant requests for more monies than was agreed to contractually. Homeowners Beware.

Terrible, stay away, poor workmanship poor quality...would never recommend, still correcting issues from 2020, they basically ghosted me.
