I recently moved to Florida and Mike was the inspector for the home my father and I purchased. Since, I have had Dream Homes of Trinity do a few projects at the house with one more left to do. I have been more than pleased with Mikes professionalism and attention to detail. He has been nothing but respectful with my visions and has been very supportive in getting those visions built into reality. Extremely pleased with the total process of our addition through Dream Homes of Trinity. Very thorough and professional experience, from the initial bidding process between companies, to the contracting, to the construction and attention to detail of finish. Mike's site crew was always on time, extremely cordial and receptive to questions and or ideas. I highly recommend Mike's company and staff for your remodeling or home addition project. Pricing was very competitive and he kept to his contract regarding draws, costs and final close-out.

Be careful. He will not quote your home if you know what you are doing. He asked us to sign a contract with him first before we can see the pricing. Who does that? Not competitive at all. Seems like he only quotes small/easy jobs. He also charges 20% but we found better builders in Tampa bay for 12-15. When getting a home quote always do a cost plus contractors percent so they cannot play games like Mike does. And never sign a contract before you see the price of the house. Also make sure you have an attorney look over the builder contract before you sign it. We chose another company and are very happy.
