Any “unexpected” conditions were addressed with competence in a timely fashion. The design and product selection help was super and we absolutely love the final product. Giovanni came out in 2023 and gave an estimate for a completely new floor that beat all the BIG GUYS as seen on TV. Fast forward to 2026: I pulled the trigger and found the funds to go with the local guy. Shocked that the quote changed (in the buyer's favor) with minimal tweaks due to increased material costs. Installed within 2 days with their local crew! No complaints here, just a lot of compliments from friends and family about how our new floor looks! Well done!
