We needed to repair an electric awning on our deck that was about to collapse off the roof. All other contractors who came to look at the awning said that it just needed replacement hinges. Jaime came and did a thorough inspection. He saw that besides the hinges there were several critical structural issues that needed to be repaired in order to stabilize the awning. He and his crew did an excellent job. They were pleasant, answered all our questions, and completed the job in a timely manner. Their price was reasonable. I would surely use this company again in the future.

Dream House Remodeling have excellent craftsman! They replaced all the boards and railings on our deck. The deck is beautiful. They made sure we understood every step of the job. They also recommended improving our original request. The workmen were professional and removed all the debris. We are very happy.

Jamie and Jose did a loose siding repair job which turned out to be a little more complex, Jamie brought me up on the roof to show me what wasn’t done correctly by a roofing contractor. They had to take the siding off to reset the j channel and correct the flashing installation put up ice shield up and reinstalled the siding nailing it to the wall studs. The cost was reasonable and the job was done right!!! I would definitely recommend using his services!

i had my roof completely redone, the framing work and all wood replaced with Bldg code required wood. All of the roof stacks were redone. All of the work was done in a timely matter, and everything was explained to me in full before any work was performed.
