I had KBR completely gut the cabinets and flooring and upgrade my kitchen, powder room, and laundry room. I’m very pleased with the process and the results! The designer Ekin was very patient and helpful in planning this large project, and the project manager Gokay was very hands-on, and was actually on the job site nearly every single day of the project to check in on the progress and address any quality control issues immediately. I was gone for a week of the project, and they kept me updated on the project status with pictures. They were both very responsive to emails / texts and accommodated any changes I requested. This was my second complete kitchen renovation with KBR, and I’d be happy to work with them for future projects.
