Lowe’s contracted with this terrible company for my parents when they wanted to remodel their kitchen. The job was supposed to be finished around Thanksgiving but it is now early February and the kitchen is still not complete. The owner has been rude to my parents and has attempted to milk extra money out of them despite everything already being laid out in the contract. They held our kitchen hostage during the disputes by refusing to install appliances that were already paid for, likely with the hopes of making my parents cave in and pay. For 3 months we had to cook our meals in a microwave and on the grill out in the cold. At one point we didn’t even have a kitchen sink so we had to wash our dishes in the bathtub for over a month.
