Dreamer Heating & Air Conditioning

Used Steve Beamer for my home to replace furnace few years back and maintenance and was pleased. So when the air went out at my business I used Beamer for our Heating and Air needs. This is where it turned, at first we had a blown thermostat so bought a basic wall unit. They came out and fixed the problem then we ran into an issue the next morning with the AC unit leaking (which our unit is in the ceiling above product) so we shut it down and again called Steve. Was told someone would be out well no one showed that day. Understand things happen so I called didn’t get rude explained the problem with leaking unit. That day his technician came back out and flushed the pipes and “fixed the situation” so the technician left. It was the weekend and we realized the air was not working so I called

In October 2021 I called Beamer heating and cooling to come look at my furnace since it was not working . They came and they determined that I needed a new power switch for my furnace which was not cheap but I had a full year warranty to cover the Part so that made me feel alittle better with buying this part . Fast forward this year end of September I put on my furnace for the first time only to find out it was doing the same problem as in 2021 . With the Part still being under warranty I thought they would come fix it with out any problems only to find out they are now a different company which I won't mention. Thanks beamers for taking my money and giving me a faulty part.

Honestly don't have enough good things to say! I've had the unfortunate pleasure of needing Beamer Heating & Cooling's Services on multiple occasions. Each time they've responding with more urgency than I've seen from most any service provider. This last time was in on of the more recent "Artic Blasts" which left myself along side my wife and 2yr old daughter without heat... Needless to say this wasn't ideal. Beamer was able to get there less than 12 hours later.. Oh this was mid-morning Saturday morning when he was with his family. This team knows what quality customer service is and that's all they provide! I highly recommend Beamer Heating & Cooling to ANYONE in need! Steve Beamer is top-notch. Our air conditioning unit was on the fritz so we called our Home Warranty company. The earliest their contractor (Heating and Cooling Specialists) could get to us was four or five days out, and it was shaping up to be the hottest week of the year. With real little ones at home, there was no way this was going to work out. Out of desperation, we starting calling local contractors to explain the situation to see if they would try and work with our Home Warranty company (most contractors won't.) Steve was the only one who not only said he would take on the task, he was there SAME DAY. The A/C unit had to be replaced and we had cold air flowing in less than 48 hours!
