installers did good work.Undortunately, we succumbed to the salesman's high- pressure approach. Now, over one year later, we have issues with the shower door. Two weeks ago, it couldn't be opened. It took awhile just to get it to open and close on one side. I called the Phoenix office to get it fixed, but I kept getting voicemail. I called the local Tucson office and talked to someone in the service department. She said a serviceman would be out in 1-2 days. They never showed. I made at least five calls to the Tucson office and got nothing but voicemail. No response, even after threatening to leave negative reviews on Yelp and Google. Still no response. Don't buy ANYTHING from Dreamstyle! THEY NEVER SERVICE WHAT THEY SELL!

Good Morning, I’m reaching out regarding our ongoing project with DreamStyle. My daughter discovered last night that the company has filed for bankruptcy, yet we have received no formal communication about how this affects our project or the $8,500 that was withdrawn including our direct deposit of $552. To date, we have not been provided with an order list, breakdown, or any documentation explaining what this amount was allocated toward. This lack of transparency is deeply concerning, and we would appreciate immediate clarification. Please advise on the status of our project, the nature of the withdrawal, and any next steps we should be aware of in light of the bankruptcy filing. Dreamstyle Remodeling will NOT honor the warranty. Dreamstyle did a full roof replacement (TPO) on my house in August 2023. I chose this company over others based in large part on the 20-year "no questions asked" warranty they offered. In August 2025, I noticed three spots where my roof is leaking. I contacted them in the hopes they'd come out to fix it, and they claim that they have no record of my warranty. I have an invoice showing the 20-year warranty as a line item, but they never sent me a warranty document when the work was done. They advised me to contact their third-party warranty company, which I've done, but Dreamstyle evidently never provided the warranty company any instructions to issue a warrant document to me. I've called seven times over the course of one month, left voice

Please save your money... I paid 35,000 dollars and they had to come and redo my whole shower they did such a poor job. It took them 6 months too finish this and had scheduled numerous appointments and they never showed up. You are unable too reach anyone . When it waz finally completed Ryan offered 250 dollars compensation I was shocked after this took 6 months too repair. I am unable too contact anyone else so I will be suing them and all they had to do is offer me a fair amount and it could have been settled...PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM .. I am also reporting them too the BBB as they treat women as if we do not know what we are doing and that's why it took 6 months too repair it
