Dreher Plumbing

My first contact with Mr. Dreher was a very good one. He completed work on a leak that had caused mold to develop and I have never had another issue with it. My recent experience, however, was not the same. I contacted him about a sink faucet that needed repair. Sent him a picture. Did not hear from him for 5 months (I had shut the water off to the faucet). Contacted him again and he said he would be there the following week. It's been another five months and I have not heard from him. Very disappointing, but I have learned my lesson - I will not recommend him nor use him again. Such bad customer service.
