I cannot say enough great things about Driveways by Heap! They expanded my driveway and replaced 2 walkways. They showed up on time and went to work quickly. They were professional and efficient and the finished product is exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend Driveways by Heap!!

I highly, highly recommend Driveways By Heap. I had the pleasure of meeting Bob and his crew. They were absolutely amazing, so professional. I had no issues trying to get ahold of them. The woman in the office was so sweet and very polite. I met with the crew when they arrived on site, and they walked me through the job step by step. I had the pleasure of watching how the process went as they laid my driveway. The driveway made my house pop, and it came out so beautifully. Im very pleased with the price and quality of my new driveway. The trucks were so clean and very well maintained. They were all in uniform and looked so sharp. That's huge for me. Shows me they care about the company and what they are doing, I'm very impressed how Bob runs and represents Driveways By Heap.

I had called Heap Driveways,because the other 4 companies I called were disastrous, two never returned my calls. One agreed to come out for an estimate, on the day they were supposed to come out they didn't show up. When I called them to reschedule they said that maybe I should find someone else. The fourth company I called came out for the estimate gave me an estimate that was only good for 30 days, and said by the time the job date come that the price would be different than that of the original estimate, since the cost of the asphalt would be different, then never got back to me to confirm the job date. **I will update this review if there ever is one**. The Team was very responsive during the sales process, but once they cashed my check that all changed, much like many other reviewers have commented (and I wish I'd read prior to hiring them). Genevieve was knowledgable and helpful, Bob came and put in the new driveway and I wrote him a $10k check and he left. One of the installers even asked if they could take my basketball hoop, which was removed as part of the project, and I agreed to it. I noticed after installation that they shorted the width in the contract that we agreed to by 18 inches, which I was willing to eat.
