My Grandmothers furnace went out last night. She contacted her land lord and Drum heating and cooling arrived this morning, no masks. When she offered them a mask, the commented they had one "in the truck". They proceeded to enter HER home, maskless, while she wore a mask. She is now worried about the possibility of covid-19 exposure in her own home. Her sanctuary. She has spent the last 11 months at home, leaving rarely for essentials and medical appointments only. She has been isolated because she is concerned and intelligent enough to follow the science, however this has not been easy on her. I am FURIOUS. How dare they be so disrespectful?! I don't care what their personal opinions are, if someone asks you to wear a mask in THEIR home you wear the mask! I can guarantee they will never
