Robert recently inspected a house that I was considering buying. He was extremely thorough. He was there for over 12 hours- crawled into every crawl space and attic space, climbed on top of the roof and inspected every inch of the house and yard. He spent hours with me going over his inspection findings. If you are considering purchasing a property, do not call anyone else. Robert is the best. Highly recommended! Robert from Dry Creek Home Inspections went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct in the new construction. The builder Who owns a spray foam company sealed / sprayed foam on the underside of the roof and did not add ventilation. The shingle manufacture would Not warrant the roof due to possible mold and moisture issues that would develop because of no ventilation. In fact, no shingle company will warranty a roof that has been spray foam entirely without ventilation. The Builder said he would only give a five-year warranty.on his new shingles that his company installed. Another huge expensive issue is the back porch constructon.
