It took us forever to find a housecleaning service. Jenni and her crew were ontime and thorough. Finally dust free. They went above and beyond and even dusted between railing spindles. Very nice to work with. Definitely will have them come back frequently. Highly recommend.

Hired for a move in clean paid nearly 800$ her and her girls came were very unprofessional. Vaped in my house, did not do all the things I paid for and there was an excuse for everything. Did a basic clean that I could barely constitute as a deep move in clean. Did not bother to even dust off ceiling fans did not move behind things. I could have done a better job myself. I wil say my bathroom was super clean that one of her girls did. It would have been okay if I just needed a light cleaning but no she knew what my expectations were and did not meet them. Book with her if you want to feel robbed. Instead of taking responsibility she had a million excuses and none of them made sense. Said she couldn’t get behind my fridge to sweep and mop because it was too heavy mean while my fridge was on

This crew was amazing, she overcame every obstacle that was thrown in front of her to make this business clean for our tenants! If I could give her 10 stars ⭐️ I would! Thank you from FreeUp Storage in WSS we look forward to working with you again!!!!
