Dryer Vent Cleaning Suffolk County

I saw the great reviews and called them. The reviews must be fake. Unfortunately they were very unprofessional. When I called yesterday they were rude on the phone and when I said I couldn’t hear them because of the background noise (I didn’t know what it was) the guy said that’s my kid in a nasty voice. When I asked the price he said $200 - $250. He came today to do the job. After he said we owed him $325. I asked why it was so much higher and again in a very aggressive and nasty tone told me that the cleaning was $250 but taking out the debris that was blocking our vent was another $50 plus tax. Very happy with the completed job. Andrew was very professional, pleasant and responsive. He was able to identify and fix the dryer vent problem. He was patient in answering questions and was very knowledgeable .Andrew came in a timely manner and called to say he was on his way before his arrival. We absolutely recommend his services.

I called late last week for a price to clean out our dryer vent, I was given a price range I thought was fair given my research, as well as an available appointment early the next week. Andrew came between the given timeframe and he was very professional and friendly. He gave us an exact price and time it would take, he also took us through the process and made us even more comfortable. Needless to say, we are very satisfied with their services and will be using them again in the future as well as refer them to our family and friends.

Andrew is a true professional. He was running a little late, kept me informed about the cumulative delay and when he arrived got right to work. He explained what he was doing, why he was doing it during the install and made sure I understood what I needed to understand and see.
