The person answering the phone was friendly and helpful getting a date for DryVent Superheroes to come to my house. I got an email with the date right after i made the appointment and shortly before the service date. Chris came on time and described the process. It took about a half hour for Chris to clear my dryer vent. Joe showed me before and after pictures and answered my questions. He was very professional. I would highly recommend DryVent Superheroes and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

My first time dealing with the company and they surpassed my expectations. Chris, the technician, addressed all of my concerns and showed me the “before and after “ pictures that were included in the package I bought. He was friendly, personable, walked me through everything he was doing and when the problem turned out to be a walnut a squirrel had left behind, clogging up the works, there was nothing to clean so he did NOT charge me for the full quoted price. And that kind of honesty I appreciate.
