Working with this company was soo easy and pleasant. Everyone from the owners, John and Cathleen, to the crew are extremely responsive, responsible, and helpful. I had them rebuild the chimney on my rental property, as well as a stainless steel liner and partial chimney rebuild at my house. The work is high quality, with good attention to details and priced competitively and fairly.

I had a serious issue with another chimney company. I called London chimney services and Jon came out. He took pictures, explained what he thought had occurred. He was very kind and very professional. I was given a bud that is thousands below what the first company gave me and I will be having the work done in the spring. I would highly recommend London chimney for all your chimney needs. They are very professional and very reasonable and honest. All attributes I find extremely important in doing business.

London Chimney was fantastic. They offered a bid that showcased their knowledge. While others went straight to “remove and rebuild the whole chimney” which I didn’t believe needed to be done, London Chimney looked a little harder and said most of the structure was fine and just needed a good tuck point. They were courteous, kind, and kept the area clean. They did their work quickly but with care. Highly recommended!

London Chimney is the best, hands down. Not only are they fairly priced and experts in their field, they are quick to make your fireplace dreams come true! They put two gas fireplaces in my 1950's home just in time for Christmas and I couldn't be more thrilled. I will be recommending them to everyone. Wonderful crew as well! Thank you so much!

Great work, on time and as described. Fair pricing. I talked to and got quotes from over a half a dozen chimney sweep and restoration companies about resealing vs installing a stainless steel liner for our flue. Resealing is absolutely the way to go--lower cost, less construction time (half a day vs 2 or more days to do a liner correctly), longer warranty, keeps the original flue intact, etc. And London Chimney are the guys to do it.
