Dryer Vent Wizard of Hampton Roads

I was extremely pleased with the entire experience using Dryer Vent Wizard of Hampton Roads. From the polite, thorough and knowledgeable person who took my call and set up my appointment, to the great technician, Manny, who went the extra mile to make sure our system was back up to a correct operational condition. I also appreciated the excellent communications provided by the company, both with timely emails and text messages. I was so impressed that I signed up for their membership maintenance plan goin forward.

I had my first service from Dryer Vent Wizard today and was very pleased. The technician, Manny, was excellent—he explained what his initial tests revealed and what his recommendations were to address the findings. He used pictures taken of my dryer hosing, as well as one from the roof, which showed the dryer vent output. I am a happy camper and highly recommend this company, and in particular Manny. I also feel safer, and was pleased to know that it is highly unlikely that I will ever face any fire hazard because of a blocked dryer vent.

Manny was a pleasure to have in my home today. Not only was he personable, but very knowledgeable on my dryer issue. First thing he did was put on his "booties" to keep my floors clean. I really appreciated that. His job was so tedious due to the small space in which he had to work. However, he remained in a happy frame of mind. When he finished, he vacuumed the entire area and brought my dryer connection up to code. I would ask for Manny in the future; he is a wonderful representative for your business.

The technician who performed the service at my home was very knowledgeable and professional. When going over his recommendations he honestly suggested we should do and what wasn't required at this time. I appreciated his professionalism and honesty,
