We had Dryer Vent Wizard of Katy come out to replace our dryer’s transition hose and install a new metal vent cover on the exterior of our home. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly from start to finish. They did a great job, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. I would highly recommend Dryer Vent Wizard of Katy to anyone in need of dryer vent service!
I can’t recommend Dryer Vent Wizard enough! Our dryer was taking 3+ hrs to dry clothes so we knew it was time for a cleaning. Garrett came out used a camera to show me all the build up and then got to work! He came with everything needed including a heavy duty vacuum that really cleared everything out. Our dryer works amazing now & we will use Dryer Vent Wizard from here on out.
Garret did an exceptional job and cleaned the area around where our dryer vent had leaked into the laundry room. Evidently the installer didn't use a clamp. He put the hose back on with a clamp and replaced the plastic broken vent with a metal one. As he was installing the metal vent , I was thinking I needed to get some caulk to go around it. Then he pulled out a caulk gun ......mind blown. Good response time, good employees, good company.
